Shipping policy
Fair Fun for Feet - we also take our promise of fairness to heart when it comes to shipping. That's why we use recycled and environmentally friendly materials for the packaging and support with every shipment the DHL GoGreen program, which aims to reduce CO2 emissions by 50% by 2025 (compared to 2007). Bonus: this way all our packages are also insured against loss or damage during transport. For shipping outside of Germany, we additionally use the delivery companies GLS and UPS. You want to return an item? No problem! Please check the regulations for returns further below.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping costs depend on where you want your goods delivered and how much you order. Fünve is a young, owner-managed company that aims to grow organically, i.e. without huge financial backing from investors. High costs for shipping and returns pose a real challenge. We cover the shipping costs of your order (in GER), but in case you want to return a product, you'll be paying the return shipping (except for size exchanges within GER).
In the table below you will find an overview of the regions we currently ship to and the corresponding shipping costs. We produce our shoes in small batches to avoid overproduction. That's why we limit individual orders to a maximum of 10 pairs per order. If you are sure that you need more than that, just place a second order.

If you don't find your desired destination listed here, it's because we currently estimate the shipping costs to be too high (over 30 euros for a package). But please send us an email hello@fuenve.com, then we will try to find an individual solution together.
WHEN DOES MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your ordered goods are made ready for dispatch after the successful receipt of your order and payment. Depending on what time of day you ordered, your package will be sent to our logistics partner on the same day - but no later than the following working day.
Within Germany you can count on an average delivery time of 1 to 3 working days. When shipping to other European countries, we have average delivery times between 2 to 7 working days. You will receive updates about your order via email including a tracking number.
All information on the availability, shipping and delivery date of a product are indicative and non-binding.
RETURNS
Of course you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return the goods without giving a reason. In the case of a first size exchange, the return is even free of charge or you get free shipment on your next order, depending on your location.
