Avocadostore - Returns

You can return your items within fourteen days without giving a reason. We expect items to be returned in their original condition, i.e. unworn and undamaged. Furthermore, we only accept items that are returned in the original shoebox.

As a customer, you generally cover the costs for the return shipment.  We make an exception when changing sizes for the first time.  If you have already ordered the item in a new size at the time of your return, we will cover the costs for returning the item that does not fit.  

 

Procedure for returning goods purchased from the Avocadostore

For a successful return and a quick refund of the purchase amount, please follow these steps:

Registration of the return

If you want to send your items back to us, please send us an email to register the return. To help us process the refund as quickly as possible, follow this template:

Recipient: retoure@fuenve.com
Subject: "Retoure" + your order number
Text field: Item to be returned + reason for return (optional) + order number of the item in the new size (whether via www.fünve.com or via Avocadostore)

Secure Packaging

Repackage the goods you want to return the way they arrived. I.e. put the shoes back in the shoe box (please do not glue it shut) and the shoe box incl. filling material back into the shipping carton or the shipping bag. Seal the outer packaging with packing tape and remove all old shipping labels.

Shipping

For size exchange: If you have arranged for a size exchange, we have emailed you a free shipping label for the return. Stick this on and give the return to your nearest DHL contact point, e.g. the nearest Packstation or post office.

For regular returns: In the case of a regular return without changing the size, you address the shipment to the address below, apply the correct postage and take the package to the shipping service provider of your choice.
