Return items ordered outside of Germany
As a customer, you generally bear the costs for the return shipping. We make an exception to the first-time size exchange. In this case, you will also pay for the return shipping, but we will compensate you by providing you with free shipping for the replacement order.
The return process step by step
For a refund of the purchase amount as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:
Registration of the return
To initiate a return, click REGISTER RETURN. Next you enter the email address that you used for the purchase. With the code that we send to this address, you get access to your customer profile and order history and can easily arrange the return.
If you are planning to order the shoe in a different size, please let us know in the comment section below the "reason for return" drop down. We'll send you a voucher for free shipping on your next order.
Repackage the goods you want to return the way they arrived. I.e. put the shoes back in the shoe box (please do not glue it shut) and seal the shoe box incl. Filling material back into the shipping carton or the shipping bag. Seal the outer packaging with packing tape and remove all old shipping labels.
