Return items ordered outside of Germany
As a customer, you generally bear the costs for the return shipping. We make an exception to the first-time size exchange. In this case, you still pay for the return shipping, but we compensate you by contributing 5 euros towards the cost of return shipping. This amount will be refunded to you after your new order.
The return process step by step
For a refund of the purchase amount as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:
Registration of the return
To initiate a return, click REGISTER RETURN. Next you enter the email address that you used for the purchase. With the code that we send to this address, you get access to your customer profile and order history and can easily arrange the return.
If you have reordered the shoe in a different size, please provide us with your new order number in the comment section. We will then refund you 5 euros from your exchange order.
Secure Packaging
Repackage the goods you want to return the way they arrived. I.e. put the shoes back in the shoe box (please do not glue it shut) and seal the shoe box incl. Filling material back into the shipping carton or the shipping bag. Seal the outer packaging with packing tape and remove all old shipping labels.
